Proudly Serving Zetland

Zetland is a quaint suburb in Sydney, Australia. This town is 4 kilometres away from the city centre and has its own government area. This town has numerous factories and warehouses, including residential buildings that resemble high-density condos with medium-sized rooms. 

The Green Square district has been undergoing major changes recently as it undergoes gentrification in the form of urban renewal projects like constructing modern retail stores, business spaces and residences. 

Victoria Park is the newest addition to Zetland, designated for medium-high density residential and retail development. The brand new area will include both South Dowling Street as well as Joynton and O’Dea Avenues, with a footprint of approximately 9 hectares. Several developers are still in the process of building new commercial spaces.

Visitors coming into Zetland usually check the harbour where numerous fishing boats are docked. Family activities among the locals and tourists include fishing over the weekend or holidays.
