Booking Policy & Cancellation

BOOKING POLICY

Booking an appointment at Evoke Hair and Beauty is a guarantee of securing a fair
amount of time to look after you and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
Our goal is to provide high-quality service and a unique experience for each of your visits.
To secure your booking and your time with our professional a booking deposit may apply:

* $100 deposit for all services above $200.

Your deposit is not an extra charge, it is simply held on your account and will be taken
off in your final receipt. The deposit will proceed over the phone while scheduling your
appointment with us.

Loss of deposit in only 3 cases:

1- Cancellation in less than 48 hours of your appointment,
2- Arriving more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
3- Not show.

Any cancellations made prior to 48 hours of your appointment time can be rescheduled
and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time.

The rescheduled appointment must be made within 4 weeks of your original
appointment date, failing to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable and
another deposit will need to be paid when you reschedule your appointment.

This cancellation period will give your hairdresser a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot.

Last-minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Evoke Hair and Beauty, their
clients and team. The deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to
appointments and keeping high-quality services for our wonderful clients.

REMINDER SERVICE

We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your
appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm or reschedule your appointment.

Evoke Hair and Beauty reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
‘No shows” will be required to pay $100 deposit for any future services requested.
